Cargoflow is a comprehensive warehouse and logistics management platform designed to streamline dock operations, yard management, and driver coordination. Built for warehouse facilities that handle high volumes of deliveries and pickups, Cargoflow provides real-time visibility into every aspect of your operations.

With Cargoflow, your team can:

Main Modules

The platform is organized into several key modules, each designed to handle a specific aspect of warehouse logistics.

Dock Management

The heart of Cargoflow. The Dock Management module allows you to create, assign, and track delivery and pickup jobs at your dock stations. Each dock can handle one active job at a time, and the system provides a visual board showing all dock statuses in real-time.

Key features include:

• Visual Dock Board — See all docks and their current status at a glance
• Job Creation — Create delivery or pickup jobs with full details
• Status Tracking — Track jobs through their lifecycle from pending to completed
• SMS Notifications — Automatically notify drivers when their dock is ready

Yard Management

The Yard Management module helps you track trucks in your parking and staging areas. Assign yard spots, move trucks between locations, and maintain visibility over your entire yard.

Driver Registration

Streamline the check-in process for visiting truck drivers. The Driver Registration module supports both staff-assisted registration and self-service kiosk mode.

Reports & Analytics

Access dashboard metrics, performance reports, and data exports. Track key metrics like active jobs, dock availability, yard occupancy, and average turnaround times.

How Modules Work Together

The typical operational flow connects all modules:

1. Driver arrives → checked in via Driver Registration
2. No dock available? → assigned to a Yard spot
3. Dock opens up → moved from Yard to Dock via one-click action
4. Dock job created → tracked through its lifecycle on the Dock Board
5. Job completed → metrics flow into Reports & Analytics
