User Roles & Permissions

Role Overview

Cargoflow uses role-based access control with three main roles, each with increasing levels of access.

Worker

Workers can view assigned jobs, update job statuses, and access their operator dashboard. They see only the jobs assigned to them.

Supervisor

Supervisors have full access to the dock board, yard management, and driver registration. They can create jobs, assign workers, and view reports.

Admin

Admins have complete system access including user management, dock/yard configuration, SMS settings, client management, and all reports and KPIs.
