Using the Dock Board

The Dock Board

The Dock Board is your real-time command center. It displays all docks as cards, each showing the current status, assigned job, driver information, and elapsed time.

Dock Statuses

• Available (green) — Dock is free and ready for assignment
• In Progress (blue) — Active job being processed
• Assigned (yellow) — Job assigned, waiting for driver
• Completed (gray) — Job finished, dock ready to clear
