Setting Up SMS

Navigate to Configuration → SMS Settings. Enter your Twilio credentials (Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number). Enable SMS notifications.

How It Works

When a dock job is assigned to a driver who has a phone number on file, the system automatically sends an SMS with the dock number and any instructions.
